Unlimited help available!

This week we share with our members the fact that unlimited help is available for all our needs.
In his book “Incredible Answers to Prayer”, Roger J. Morneau helps us to find the answer when
he shares a quote from the book Desire of Ages, p.71:
“Christ’s return is too near for us to continue to waste time in the hopeless pursuit of trying to
earn our own salvation. Instead, we must spend our time in prayer seeking the Holy Spirit, that
great power through whom alone we can resist and overcome sin.”
Jesus gives His Spirit as a “divine power to overcome all hereditary or cultivated tendencies to
evil, and to impress His own character upon his church. “
Living victorious and successful Christian lives is the all-important thing, and we can do it only
one way – through the Spirit of God resting upon us and dwelling in us.
Note- This week, let us spend more time in prayer to God, who has unlimited help available to
satisfy all our needs. We invite you to diligently seek Him!

    Prayer for our Friends!

In Matthew 28:19-20, God calls us to be His disciples and to “go into all the world to preach the Gospel.” What is our world? Is it only people in other nations or can we say that it is our next-door neighbours, at home, at work, in our social gatherings, or at school? Our neighbour…

    Spiritual Preparation for Prayer

Prayer is an action word. Before we approach the scene of prayer, the Christian should seek to ensure that all unknown sins have been confessed to God. It is God through the Holy Spirit who provides victory. When we appeal to God without a troubled conscience, don’t we feel better Spiritually and even mentally? Oftentimes,…

Prayer and our Relationship with God

The Psalmist states in chapter 66:18 nkjv, that “If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear.” When Christians read or hear those words, they grow frustrated with their lack of understanding of what this text really means. Iniquity in our heart is the only barrier we have true fellowship withGod. The…

Boldness, in asking Jesus for Help!

We recently wrote about the importance of recognizing that we should in faith approach Christ in our times of need. In doing so, we must come to Him boldly. Paul says in Hebrews 4:16 nkjv, “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to…
